what is a bridal eras dress?

Our gowns available for purchase off-the-rack have been a gently loved sample from our sister store, or as a brand new style. They are an amazing opportunity to snag a designer gown at an incredible price. Since there is only one sample available, these gowns are intended for immediate sale + will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis — and will be sent home with the lucky bride that very day! We also have a selection of brand new gowns exclusive to our store. These gowns are still sold right off the rack and go home with you same day! 

what sizes do you carry?

We do our best to keep a variety of sizes in store ranging from 4-28. the vast majority of our stock ranges between sizes 4-26.

what is your price range and do you offer payment plans?

All of our gowns are under $1,000 and options as low as $500! The majority of gowns are marked down 50-75% from their original retail price. We do not offer payment plans since we are an off the rack store and you'll be taking your gown home with you same day! We do not have any storage options. We accept cash or credit cards only. Please, no checks!

what do i do if i love a gown but it isn’t my size?

We have several talented seamstresses that we will refer you to! However, we are very transparent as we will never sell you a gown that won't work for you in alterations. Most bridal gowns can be taken down in size a maximum of about 2 sizes. If a gown is too small, it can typically be altered up just 1 size. Our stylists are trained to find you a gown you love style wise and that will work for you size wise! 

can you alter or customize at bridal eras?

we do not offer customizations at this location as you are buying the exact gown you try on as opposed to ordering it! When you purchase with us, we will provide a list of seamstresses that we recommend for alterations. Standard alterations include hemming your gown for the proper length, adding a bustle if you have a train, and adjusting any straps. More complex alterations such as adding sleeves or shortening a train or taking down multiple sizes will need to be consulted with your seamstress.

are the gowns new?

Yes, our gowns are new. They have never been worn outside of a boutique and have never been altered. They were original samples that were tried on by brides during their appointments at our sister store or ordered prior to our store opening.

do you offer consignment?

No, we do not! We currently do not know of any consignment bridal stores in the area, but do recommend selling your gown online.

do i need to schedule an appointment? is there an entourage limit?

Yes, please schedule an appointment so that we can have a stylist assigned to you to help you find your dream gown! Your stylist is very passionate about the process and will help guide you to the right gown. The guest limit is 4 guests along with the bride.

my wedding is in 6 months, do i still have time to find a dress at era’s?

Yes, absolutely! All our gowns are purchased and taken home same day! Alterations usually take 8 weeks but some of our seamstresses can do rush alterations for an additional fee. When you say yes with us, you don't have any wait time to worry about for ordering a gown!
